📦PACKING AND ENSURING YOUR ITEM ARRIVES IN THE SAME CONDITION IT IS LISTED
🟢I take a lot of care when posting an item for sale as I don’t have the time or patience for misunderstandings, therefore I will always disclose major and minor damage, imperfections, and wear and tear in the description accompanied by photos. If you’re unsure, just reach out and if you would like a few more photos then I’m happy to help.
🟢Additionally,all items are packed with a lot of care to mitigate against damage during transit. I take pictures pre & post packing and when dropping off items, this is to avoid any confusion and opportunistic claims of damage where I am not at fault. Obviously, genuine claims of damage during transit and I will follow Vinted T&C and reach out to the delivery partner to get things resolved asap.
