All clothes come tagged with my business card. According to European law, removing this tag means the item cannot be returned.
This is to protect my shop from people who wear items and return them afterward.
When the composition tags are available, they’re photographed and listed in the description 🩷🌸. If they’re not mentioned, it means the tags are no longer there.
Except for returning customers, I no longer accept price reductions.
The only issues I’ve had on the platform were always with buyers for whom I made discounts.
No holds/reservations.
No try-on pictures on me.
