Please, if I don’t answer after two or three messages, don’t spam me. I answer almost every message every two or three days, but if I haven’t seen yours is because I haven’t been able to. I’ve many messages during a regular day, and I’m quite busy almost every day (job, studies, life in general…) so please don’t send me 10 messages in two days, unless is for a problem with the order. I don’t wanna be harsh or rude bus it’s quite overwhelming 😔 This also applies to shipments. Please keep in mind that I have many orders and I ship them in the order they were received. Sometimes I won’t be able to deliver the orders as fast as I’d like to, but I usually send everything within 2-7 days since the order is made.
