From a smoke free home, I do have a dog, my items are not stored where my dog goes, however certain fabrics, fleece & fluffy knitwear inparticular attracts fluff & dog hair like a magnet. Whilst i do try my best to sticky roller my items, i may miss the odd bit.
Items are washed but after wear, but may of been stored many months before sale, I’m not able to wash every item again once its sold.
If you have any issues please message me before leaving poor feedback, I always do my best to resolve, also please do so before completing the transaction, once this is done there is nothing myself or vinted can do.
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the condition of items sometimes small flaws may be missed, even items listed as very good have been worn & washed & will not be in shop bought condition. This is part & parcel of buying preloved.
Work full time, always try to send within 48 hours, if you need an item sooner please message before buying to make sure i can accomodate. Evri i can post multiple times per week, Royal mail can only get to once per week, please consuder this when choosing shipping.
